This information notice has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) in order to inform you about the processing of your personal data.
PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
Carrying out candidate evaluation processes, conducting interviews, and performing suitability analyses for employment; managing pre-planning processes regarding salaries, benefits, and additional rights to be offered in the event of employment; carrying out recruitment and personnel procurement processes; planning travel arrangements; and processing visa applications (collectively referred to as the “Purposes”).
METHOD AND LEGAL BASIS FOR COLLECTING AND STORING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be collected and stored directly from you verbally, in writing, physically and/or electronically, or through career platforms. Your personal data is stored in electronic and/or physical environments, in secure email systems accessible only to authorized persons, and in locked cabinets in physical environments accessible only to authorized persons.
Within the scope of the Purposes stated above, your personal data is processed without obtaining explicit consent pursuant to Article 5/2 (c) (establishment or performance of a contract), (e) (establishment, exercise, or protection of a right), and (f) (legitimate interest) of the Law. Your criminal record and health data are processed based on your explicit consent.
DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES?
Your personal data may be shared:
With Group Companies for the purposes of conducting and auditing business activities and jointly managing human resources processes;
With agencies, hotels, insurance companies, intermediary institutions of embassies, and embassies themselves for the purposes of travel planning and visa application processes.
Your personal data may be shared within the scope of the Company’s legitimate interests, while your criminal record and health data may be shared based on your explicit consent, in line with the stated Purposes.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Pursuant to the Law, you have the right to:
Learn whether your personal data is processed;
Request information regarding the processing of your personal data if it has been processed;
Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose;
Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad;
Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data;
Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions stipulated by relevant legislation;
Request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction processes to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred;
Object to the occurrence of a result against you through analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems;
Request compensation for damages in case you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS?
You may submit your applications and requests regarding your personal data by:
Sending an email from the email address you have notified to the Company to info@terminalkadikoy.com.tr;
Applying to the Company in person with a valid identification document;
Sending a wet-signed application form together with a copy of your identification document to Kazım Özalp Neighborhood, Koza Street No: 22, Çankaya, Ankara; or
Signing your request with a mobile signature or secure electronic signature and sending it via email to info@terminalkadikoy.com.tr.
In accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, the job applicant’s application must include name and surname, signature if the application is in writing, Turkish ID number (or nationality, passport number, or identification number if the applicant is a foreign national), residential or workplace address for notification, email address for notification if available, telephone number, fax number, and information regarding the subject of the request.
The job applicant must clearly and explicitly state the requested matter in the application explaining the right they wish to exercise. Relevant information and documents must be attached to the application.
The subject of the request must relate to the applicant personally. If acting on behalf of another person, the applicant must be specifically authorized and document such authorization (power of attorney). Applications must include identity and address information along with documents verifying identity. Requests submitted by unauthorized third parties on behalf of others will not be considered.
